Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for a full refund.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing via email within 14 days of delivery.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Sealed products must remain sealed and unopened

  • Items must be returned in suitable protective packaging

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not returned in its original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of trading card products, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Opened booster packs

  • Opened sealed products

  • Individual trading card singles

  • Digital or downloadable products (if applicable)

This policy protects against product tampering and ensures fairness to all customers.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photographs of the issue

  3. Retain all packaging until the issue is resolved

If the item is confirmed faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee exchanges due to stock availability. If you require a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund.
