Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding bank holidays).

During busy periods such as major product releases or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any delays, we will contact you via email.

UK Shipping Options

We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Free UK Shipping

We offer free standard UK shipping on orders over £50.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days

  • Tracked / Priority Delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Royal Mail or courier services.

Packaging & Protection

We understand that trading cards require careful handling.

All orders are:

  • Securely packaged

  • Protected against bending and moisture

  • Shipped in appropriate mailers or boxes depending on order size

Singles are carefully sleeved and protected to maintain condition during transit.

Tracking Information

If you select a tracked shipping method, tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the delivery provider.
